Fall Kickoff 2022

Please plan to join us on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 5:00pm at the E-Center at the Esplanade. We've had a lot of interest in tonight's Fall Kickoff Event at the E-Center, so please join us! We plan to celebrate the start of a great new Club season and help us celebrate the official last day of Summer for 2022! The Fall Kickoff Event is a great way to meet new alumni and catch up with friends.

With the purchase of your ticket of $20, you will receive a buffet dinner, beer, wine, soft drinks, and water! The buffet dinner menu is as follows:

BAJA DINNER MENU BUFFET

TACO SALAD: crisp lettuce | cabbage | carrot | corn black beans | bell pepper | scallion & cilantro side of crispy tortilla strips and chipotle ranch - gf 

ENTREES: (1) GREEN CHILE Chicken + Pappas – gluten free(“gf’’) + dairy free(“df”); (2) Red Chile Beef + Pappas - gf + df; and (3) Veggie Carnitas - Vegan Option

SIDES: (1) Toasted Corn Chips & Salsa - gf + df; (2) Cilantro Lime Rice - gf + df; (3) Charro Beans - gf + df

Dessert: Churros
